Shipping & Returns
Real Good uses USPS and FedEx for domestic orders. USPS FedEx offers ground service, 2-day, 3-day and standard next day delivery. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is received. A shipping confirmation with the shipments tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1PM EST will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will be shipped the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

We are glad to accept returns on any item (except items which are final sale) that are in their original condition. Goods must be unused with all tags attached.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that all merchandise be returned within 14 days from the date that we issue your RA#. If RA requests or returned merchandise falls outside of this timeframe, we unfortunately will not be able to accept returns. Please note that item(s) returned without an RA# will not be accepted. We will send those item(s) back at your expense.
Non-sale merchandise may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit.
Items purchased on sale are a final sale and not eligible for return.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of your return/exchange. Please include your order number. Once your return is authorized by Real Good, you will receive an RA# and instruction as to where to ship the package with merchandise securely sealed. Please write the RA# on the outside of the package.
Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our policy requirements. Real Good is not responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped if available. In the case goods are not available for exchange, your card will be refunded. The new item will be shipped with the second shipping rate charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase.
Once the exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your exchange and a tracking number.
Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 7 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
