Seven days.

A foster said yes, we said yes, and this boy got a second chance at everything.

June is Foster a Pet Month, and we’re here to say the thing loudly:

Fostering saves lives. Full stop.

When someone opens their home to a dog in need, it gives that dog a safe place to decompress, heal, learn, and be loved while they wait for
Please give a Real Good welcome to Khaleese. The wiggly, sweet, dog-loving girl you see here? She almost did not make it to us.

Swipe to see where she started.

Of course this man is built from multiple tiny old men standing on each other’s shoulders in a trench coat.

We are a volunteer-driven, foster-based nonprofit, and we work to remove barriers that keep people from saying โ€œyesโ€ to rescue. We evaluate dogs and applicants individually, invest in humane training and medical care, communicate with dignity, and hold ourselves accountable through clear policies and annual review.
