PUPPY ADOPTION CONTRACT

This is a binding contract between the adopter listed above and Real Good Rescue, also referred to asRGR. The above described dog, hereinafter will be referred to as the “adopted dog”, is being transferred to the adopting owner, at the completion of the dog’s spay/neuter, with the understanding that the adopter is taking possession of the dog to treat and to be responsible for it as their own dog until then. The dog will remain RGR’s possession for the remainder of the foster period, and transfer of ownership will occur on the date that the dog is spayed or neutered and microchipped.
