Steps to Rehome

Rehoming Process

  • Start by filling out our Real Good Reset application form. This helps us understand your dogโ€™s needs and personality, so we can find the best match.

  • Once youโ€™ve completed your application, submit veterinary records, recent photos, and a detailed bio of your dog. The more we know, the better we can match them with the right home.

  • If youโ€™re comfortable, your dog can join us at adoption events to meet potential adopters in person.

  • Weโ€™ll work with you to review applications, giving you a say in who might be the best fit for your dog.

  • Once a suitable home is found, weโ€™ll guide you through the adoption agreement, ensuring a seamless transition.
